Antes de começar, verifique se você tem o seguinte:
Conta Cisco.com ativa.
Justificativa de negócios válida para transferir licenças.
O acesso do SA Admin é necessário para visualizar o recurso no Cisco Software Central.
Note:
·O SA Admin em um SA poderá visualizar as transações realizadas em seu SA.
·O SA Admin em vários SAs poderá transferir ativos.
·Os ativos transferidos para diferentes entidades jurídicas são sujeitos a verificação da conformidade.
·Com os recursos de capacidade atuais associados a um modelo de compra de Enterprise Agreement e dispositivos conectados a um modelo de implantação OnPrem não podem ser transferidos. Essas transações serão desativadas na seleção.
Etapa 2: selecione a Smart Account no Seletor de Smart Account no canto superior direito.
Etapa 3: em Transfer Smart Account Assets Access, clique em Asset Transfer (Transferência de ativos).
Etapa 4: Clique em Solicitar transferência de ativos
Etapa 5: selecione uma Conta inteligente de origem pesquisando seu nome ou domínio na barra de pesquisa e clique em Avançar.
Observação: depois de selecionar a Conta inteligente de origem, o resumo do ativo será exibido no lado direito da página.
Etapa 6: selecione Conta inteligente e virtual de destino e clique em Avançar.
Note:
· Depois de selecionar Destination Smart Account (Conta inteligente de destino), o campo de seleção Virtual Account estará disponível para seleção.
· A seleção de Conta inteligente e Conta virtual de origem ficará esmaecida.
Etapa 7: na próxima página, serão exibidas as perguntas de filtragem da conformidade com a transferência de ativos.
Selecionando:
a) NÃO: Os ativos estão a ser transferidos para a entidade jurídica diferente.
b) SIM: Os ativos estão sendo transferidos para a mesma pessoa jurídica.
Note:
· A opção Selecionar Beneficiário da Transferência aplica-se apenas quando os ativos estão a ser transferidos para outra entidade jurídica. A intenção deste ponto de dados é assegurar que existe uma vinculação legal entre o cedente e o cessionário, que pode incluir uma filial.
· Até a decisão do cessionário, a transação será suspensa. Se o cessionário rejeitar a solicitação, a transação inteira será revertida e o cedente será notificado; caso contrário, se o cessionário aprovar a solicitação, a transação prosseguirá para a triagem legal da Cisco. Agora, o Departamento Jurídico da Cisco precisa aprovar a transação para iniciar o processo de transferência de ativos; caso contrário, se ele a rejeitar, a transação completa será revertida.
Etapa 8: clique em Avançar e selecione os ativos para transferência.
Etapa 9: Clique em "Enviar para revisão.
Note:
· Após um envio bem-sucedido, um "ID de transação" exclusivo é gerado para a transferência. Neste estado, a transação está sendo validada. Uma vez concluída a validação, o transferidor receberá um e-mail informando que a transação está pronta para o envio.
· Clique no ID da transação para examinar os ativos escolhidos antes do envio ser finalizado. Além disso, antes de enviar os ativos, se o usuário decidir cancelar a seleção de qualquer ativo, a transação não será enviada para final; em vez disso, passará por uma revalidação.
Observação: quando a transação for enviada e uma ação for tomada, o remetente será notificado por e-mail sobre o status da transação. Consulte a seção Status da transferência abaixo.
Validação Iniciada: O processo começa com uma verificação de validação inicial para garantir que o ativo seja elegível para transferência.
Validação Concluída: a elegibilidade do ativo para transferência foi verificada com êxito.
Envio Pendente: A validação para a transferência de ativo foi concluída e está pronta para envio.
Submetido: A solicitação de transferência de ativo foi submetida formalmente.
Submetido - Aguardando consentimento do Transmitente/Cessionário: A transação só avançará após a obtenção do consentimento do Transmitente e do Cessionário.
Verificação de conformidade: a transação está sob análise para garantir que esteja em conformidade com os padrões regulatórios.
Filtragem de conformidade rejeitada: a transação foi cancelada pela equipe jurídica da Cisco. Você receberá um e-mail de [email protected], com detalhes e os motivos do cancelamento.
Transferência iniciada: O processo de transferência real foi iniciado, movendo o ativo entre Smart Accounts.
Transferência Concluída: O ativo foi transferido com êxito para a nova conta.
Transferência concluída com falha: alguns dos ativos foram efetivamente transferidos, enquanto outros apresentaram falhas de transferência.
Cancelado: A solicitação de transferência foi cancelada e o ativo permanece com seu proprietário original. (Ação disponível apenas durante o Status: Validação Concluída)
